Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: We have free shipping to the lower 48 contiguous states on orders that total over $100.00. Most items are not returnable as once they are removed from the box they cannot be sent back to the factory and resold. Items not returnable are in the categories of; physical barriers, taste aversions, and visual bird deterrents. The electronic sound barriers can be returned with a 25% re-stocking/re-certification/re-boxing charge. The outbound shipping charges will also be deducted from any credit. You are responsible for the return shipping charges of the electronic sound barrier in the original wrapping and box in reusable condition.
